We prepare the autumnal vital menu from industrially and chemically unmodified foodstuffs and partly from bio eatables, from high-quality vegetal cold pressed oils that are warmed up to the set temperature and that are not over burnt, from fresh and desiccated herbals and pure spice without glutamate and hydrogenated fat.
The food is taken predominantly from a region.
Meals are prepared by the 5 elements method, based on principles of traditional Chinese medicine, respecting the balance of flavors; thus we guarantee a high gourmet experience.
We cook according to seasons, entirely. There are dishes with warming up effects in our autumnal offer. We use warming spice and thermally neutral and warm eatables for this purpose. We reduce using the food with a cooling effect.
