Mr. Radek Tesař is the Chef de Cuisine in our hotel restaurant.
He gained his first cooking experience in the 1980's under the leadership of master cook Richard Minich, which whom he cooperated on then-successful Gastro Prag exhibition. He has worked as chef de cuisine in the Prestige Hotel in Znojmo since 2005. He has introduced several original recipes while maintaining particular attention to absolute quality in every aspect of cooking.
