Our restaurant is a guarantee of culinary experience and dining in pleasant environment. Our menu is based on world cuisine with everything it should include, especially meals prepared in accordance with the principles of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which is the oldest and most sophisticated food preparation principle. The results are healthy meals and extraordinary culinary experience. Our menu of course includes grilled specials, venison platter feasts or poultry. Our hotel restaurant is the best place for people who like to eat well, who like to eat a lot, as well as those whose hobbies include good food. The offer of Czech and world cuisine is completed by our own specialties and typical Znojmo dishes.

• We pay particular attention to the selection of ingredients and raw products. We prefer local contractors because they guarantee freshness and quality.
• Znojmo is located in a famous wine region which is why the best Moravian wines can not be omitted from the beverage list.
• Complaisant waiters will make sure you are comfortable and your wishes are fulfilled. We keep ourselves well-informed of all modern trends in cooking and serving.
• Our restaurant also offers outside seating in a garden that offers pleasant shade on hot summer days. It is often used for BBQ and garden parties. You wouldn't find a more stylish place for celebrations in Znojmo..
• You can of course book a larger part or the entire restaurant.
• We are very diligent in dividing the restaurant into the smoking and non-smoking section.

You can use video- and data projector, computer, notebook, VCR, projection screen, video camera with an operator, WiFi, DVD, TV, overhead projector, videoconference equipment, as well as bare necessities like a laser pointer, copy and fax machines, flipcharts and lighting as needed.

Conference services:

We will provide interpreters and translators, equipment for simultaneous interpreting, or a host or security, if needed.

Additional services:

Transportation (group transfer, taxi), catering, decorations, tents, playback or live music, DJ, photographic services.
