A fitness centre shall be a part of every modern hotel. The Hotel Prestige in Znojmo is not an exception. We follow the latest trends, which is why we have focused on the so-called "cardio zone fitness", rather than big dumbbells. At your service are a treadmill, stepper or exercise bike.

The programme includes:

diagnostics, body composition, beginner's training plan composition and assessment of the current shape, exercise programmes focused on the correct posture, lesson in the maximum effectiveness of all forms of exercise.

to get in shape and improve one's immunity
to reinforce muscle corset and body core
to improve flexibility

Personal trainer

While staying in the Prestige Hotel**** you can exercise under the supervision of your personal trainer. He will tell you how to work out and what rules with respect to diet to abide by. Possibility to have one's own individual training plan or dietary plan customized.
