Mr. Radek Tesař is the Chef de Cuisine in our hotel restaurant.
He gained his first cooking experience in the 1980's under the leadership of master cook Richard Minich, which whom he cooperated on then-successful Gastro Prag exhibition.
He kept gaining experience with top-quality gastronomy, especially abroad: in Füssen (Germany), in the Klingel Huber restaurant in Krems (Austria), or in the top-class Grand restaurant in Tulln an der Donau (Austria). His last employer was the Althof Retz Hotel, which has become one of the Top 14 seminar hotels in Austria while Mr. Tesař was working there.
The work of our chef de cuisine was appreciated by Austrian president Heinz Fischer, or Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schüssel and almost all members of former Austrian governments, as well as former Czech president Vaclav Havel or the current president Vaclav Klaus and numerous ministers of Czech governments.
He has worked as chef de cuisine in the Prestige Hotel in Znojmo since 2005. He has introduced several original recipes while maintaining particular attention to absolute quality in every aspect of cooking.
